Seus quartos são amplos e muito confortáveis. Sua equipe sempre atenciosa e com um bom trato. Além disso, descobri que eles freqüentemente mantêm sua piscina. Em relação ao almoço e ao jantar, são as mesmas três opções do dia. Cada um é composto por um segundo prato e um copo de refrigerante. O custo é de 28 soles (pelo preço deve-se acrescentar salada ou sobremesa). Pessoalmente, devem ampliar suas opções, no caso do jantar, com sucos ou sanduíches.

Sus cuartos son amplios, muy cómodos. Su personal siempre atento y con un buen trato. Asimismo, he comprobado que con frecuencia hacen mantenimiento a su piscina. Respecto almuerzo y cena, son las mismas tres opciones en el día. Cada uno esta compuesto por un plato de segundo y un vaso de refresco. El costo es 28 soles (para el precio deberían agregarle ensalada o un postre). En lo personal, deberían de ampliar sus opciones, en el caso de la cena, con jugos o sándwiches.

Birman é o melhor! Era um hotel com um bar onde você pode relaxar e beber. Este é um ótimo hotel, limpo e bem servido. Em particular, Oscar e Billy, responsáveis pelo bar, cuidam de cada cliente e oferecem seus serviços, e são amados por todos. Eu me tornei um dos meus fãs. Desta vez, pretendo ficar em Pucallpa por 3 semanas, mas estou pensando em ir todos os dias (risos)

Walls paper thin – can hear absolutely everything. Elevators didn’t work so we had to use the stairs. Terrible service in the restaurant, twice it took a half hour to get a coffee. Asked the manager Miguel for a quiet room on an upper floor and was put in a room on a lower floor overlooking a school at recess, because he said there was nothing else available. When I complained and demanded a change of rooms suddenly there WERE other rooms available. Pool had filth floating on the top of it, too gross to swim in. Bathroom was not cleaned properly and only had one towel and one handtowel. Housekeeper turned on the bath water and left it running full-blast while she cleaned other rooms... such a waste of water. Restaurant called me in my room in the middle of the night, waking me up, because they forgot to have me sign my receipt when I was there hours before. i understand Pucallpa is a humble place but this hotel could use some serious attention.

Wonderful hotel great staff, amenities, pool is nice, workout room has what you need. Restaurant has very good food and a good variety. Atmosphere is modern with the Peruvian touch. Great views of river and the city
